  We rented a unit here, based solely on the fact that the specific unit was pet friendly. We were charged a non refundable $200 pet deposit. Renters agreement included the wording of "no pets allowed" with a strike thru line and replaced by "deposit covered". We were rudely interrupted with a knock on our unit at 5:30pm by a real estate agent to tell us NO dogs were allowed on the premises. Our family has been renting here for over 30 years, but this is the first time we've brought pets. Rest assured, after our experience this week, with the constant construction noise going on in the building next door, and muddy back yard area, this will be the last year we stay at the dunes.
